The Prometheus Radio Project is creating an archive of station documents for our new website! The collection has taken its first baby steps, and there are currently about 15 documents on our soon-to-be-launched website. Thanks to those who have already contributed!!! We need more documents, from more stations, to make this resource a success. Now that I am getting the hang of putting this stuff online, I am ready for a true deluge of contributions, so send away! Some ideas:

Volunteer handbooks
Technical manuals
Fundraising/Underwriting documents
Programming guidelines
Governance documents
Bylaws
Mission Statements
Station rules
Budgets
Training materials
Outreach materials
FCC communications
Operators logs/playlists/other things that keep your programmers organized

Basically, anything you found it useful to document for your own station’s sanity that you think could contribute to another station’s sanity. Please let us know if this is already on your website, and let us know if your willing to let us post the documents in our internet archive.

I would like to include a short blurb about each contributing station on the site, to help researchers determine how similar/different your station might be to their own. So if you contribute documents, send me a 3-5 sentence “station bio” as well!
