Richard Rowe, 28, a volunteer with the Human Rights Show, died Feb. 9 of complications following a car-bicycle accident that put him in a coma. Michael Skadden of the Human Rights Show reports that the family is planning services. Please keep Richard’s family in your thoughts and prayers.
