Over the next few weeks, I will be forwarding to programmers the email form comments I get from listeners about your shows. Some is good, constructive stuff. A little is not so constructive, but gives you an idea of how listeners feel. The old customer service adage is that, for every one person who contacts you, 10-20 people probably feel the same way.
