Callout for KPFT Women’s Voices
KPFT is planning its third issue of the VOICE to come out in January to cover activities in the first quarter of 2008. March is Woman’s History Month. In order to celebrate that history, we are asking women programmers, employees, and volunteers to send us a brief statement of your own choosing about your experience of KPFT as a woman. A paragraph would be great. Also, send an image if you have one – a photo of yourself, a doodle, whatever.
If we run out of space, we may cut back on the copy but have room for overflow ideas in the E-folio and the web.
Send your blurbs and images to Tucker Bradley who is compiling the copy and images for this issue. Either put them in Duane’s box at the station, or email them to Tucker at tuckerbradley@gmail.com.
We are on a very fast track as we want to publish for January distribution. Make it short, sweet or sour. Many thanks for all that our wonderful women do for KPFT.
